Holding
The court held that an heir or their grantee cannot maintain an action of ejectment for real property of an intestate's estate while the estate remains under administration and the Probate Court has not ordered the property delivered to the heir, as the right of possession remains exclusively with the administrator until the estate is settled or distribution is ordered.
