Holding
The court held that a decree of the Probate Court against a public administrator, rendered after due notice and hearing, is conclusive evidence of a devastavit in a subsequent suit against the administrator and his sureties on his official bond, as the sureties' contractual undertaking is that their principal will faithfully account for and pay over estate assets pursuant to the court's lawful orders.
