Holding
The court held that a trustee-purchaser at a judicial sale in an action to foreclose a trust deed takes title free and clear of the original trust, and that a prior accounting and decree in the foreclosure action conclusively adjudicated the rights of all parties to that proceeding, thereby extinguishing any subordinate equitable claims.
