Holding

The court held that a trustee under a deed of trust adequately represents the interests of all unnamed beneficiaries in litigation attacking the validity of the trust, and a judgment obtained in such an action is binding on those beneficiaries even if they were not made parties, provided the trustee was a party and the trust instrument did not specify the beneficiaries with sufficient certainty to require their joinder.
