Holding

The court held that a prior unrecorded deed, executed before the filing of a lis pendens, is not void as against a subsequent judgment creditor who obtained a decree after the commencement of litigation, and that the holder of such unrecorded deed is not bound by a judgment to which he was not a party, provided his conveyance preceded the initiation of the suit.
