Holding

The court held that a probate court’s final decree of distribution, rendered with proper jurisdiction and notice, is conclusive upon all persons claiming an interest in an estate, including the grantee of an heir who conveyed their interest pending administration. Such a decree cannot be collaterally attacked in a subsequent quiet title action.
