Holding

The court held that a testamentary trustee who commingles estate funds with personal assets and uses them for private gain is liable for compound interest on the misappropriated funds, but that such liability ceases upon the trustee's death, after which the claim becomes a simple debt against the trustee's estate bearing only simple interest from the date of rejection of the claim.
