Holding
The court held that an estate, through its executor or administrator, becomes vested with the legal title to corporate stock owned by a decedent at death and is therefore liable for the stockholder's statutory liability on corporate debts incurred by the corporation while the estate holds the shares, and that such a liability, arising after the testator's death, does not constitute a "claim" that must be presented to the executrix for allowance under the Probate Act.
