Holding
The court held that a testamentary gift to the "heirs at law" of a life beneficiary, when unqualified and used as a word of donation rather than limitation, vests property in those individuals who would succeed to the estate under the statutory rules of intestate succession, including both their identities and the proportionate shares they would receive.
