Holding
The court held that a creditor may maintain a suit in equity to establish a contingent, unmatured claim against a decedent's estate and to sequester sufficient assets to ensure its future payment, provided the estate's condition and the necessity for such relief are adequately pleaded and proven, and that separate contracts for distinct considerations are not abrogated by a subsequent agreement merely because payments are consolidated.
