The court held that the probate court lacked jurisdiction to collaterally attack a final decree of distribution in a subsequent proceeding to settle a trustee's account, but that the court properly disallowed a trustee's self-dealing transaction and the related attorney's fees, while finding the compensation awarded to the trustees themselves to be unreasonable.
