Holding
The court held that a special administrator’s letters of appointment, which authorized the sale of “perishable property as the court may order to be sold” and to “collect or close out” a decedent’s margin account, did not constitute a court order authorizing the sale of corporate stock held in that account, and that the broker’s refusal to sell the stock upon the administrator’s request was not wrongful.
