Holding

The court held that the trial court's judgment quieting title in the heirs and legatees of Cora E. Mitchell must be reversed as to the defendants A. G. and Zoa Jahn, who may have acquired an interest in the property through their contract of purchase, but affirmed in all other respects, including the finding that the property constituted the separate property of Cora E. Mitchell held in a resulting trust by her husband, J. W. Mitchell.
