The court held that the respondent superior court exceeded its jurisdiction by appointing the Building and Loan Commissioner as receiver and by ordering the seizure and sale of assets under the commissioner's statutory control, as such actions improperly interfered with the commissioner's exclusive statutory duties under the Building and Loan Association Act to liquidate an insolvent association's assets for the benefit of all creditors.
