Holding

The court held that a probate court possesses jurisdiction to award attorney’s fees directly to an attorney for a testamentary trustee for services rendered to the trustee, but it cannot award a lump sum fee directly to an individual acting as the administrator of a deceased trustee’s estate for services rendered in that representative capacity, nor may it compensate a fiduciary for acting as his own attorney.
