Holding
The court held that a plaintiff who relinquished his rights to contest a will and a guardianship account in exchange for an oral promise to bequeath him an equivalent estate could enforce that promise through a constructive trust imposed upon the property in the hands of a third-party donee who acquired it through undue influence and with knowledge of the original agreement.
