The court held that the trial court did not err in charging all trustee’s fees and attorneys’ fees to income, as the language of the testamentary trust instrument, which directed that “all sums of money authorized to be deducted” for “necessary and proper expenses incurred in the management, care and preservation of said property and estate” be paid from income, was sufficiently broad and unambiguous to encompass both ordinary and extraordinary services.
